Welcome to SureSupport.ai. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SureSupport.ai offers AI-powered business support, including setup, automation, and ongoing management of admin tasks. The exact scope of services will be agreed during onboarding.

2. Subscriptions & Minimum Term

  • All ongoing support packages (Essential, Growth, Scale) require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

  • After the minimum term, subscriptions automatically continue on a monthly basis until cancelled by the client.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change with prior notice.

  • Payments are taken in advance of each service period.

  • No refunds are offered once payment has been processed, including for partial months of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of a subscription must be actioned by the client via their account or by written notice to SureSupport.ai.

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Failure to cancel on time will result in charges for the upcoming service period.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their business, tools, and workflows.

  • Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant SureSupport.ai access to any third-party tools or platforms.

  • SureSupport.ai is not responsible for service interruptions or limitations caused by third-party tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zapier, Google, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SureSupport.ai provides services on a “best effort” basis.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the service period in which a claim arises.

7. Data & Privacy

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver services. While we take all reasonable steps to safeguard your data, we are not liable for security breaches beyond our control.

8. Termination by SureSupport.ai

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments are missed or invalid.

  • A client breaches these terms.

  • Services are being used unlawfully or unethically.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
